Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by skull4eva: 9:30pm On Mar 15, 2023 |
please i have a question someone i know applied for a visa an admission from a college but the visa was denied now the college told the student to withdraw his fees before the 10th day after classes start because after then no fee refund and the person wants to reapply. Now can the person withdraw the fees and still reapply with the admission letter? they would have to cancel the admission too once a refund is requested? because getting another admission is far and he can risk the 8500 cad paid |

Republic001: Hi! I experienced same issues sometime ago. If you bookmarked the webpage on your browser, remove it. Go to your browser's setting and delete every cache. You may also go to your browser's browsing history and delete all your visited IRCC account webpages. Also make sure every related page you opened in the browser is closed. In other words, start afresh. May be by googling gckey (if that's the account you use) and then get to the sign-in Interface to sign into your account again. I hope this helps. Blessings! |

To all the great gurus in the house. Please, I need your assistance on the next thing to do, LL was refused based on this • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/ section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors: • Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable). • The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application Pls what can I do know? |

Good evening my honorable colleagues. I feel I have to share this testimony to encourage everyone who has an ungoing TRV which is either delayed or even rejected. I submitted a TRV application for my sister on 22nd May,2022 for fall 2022 admission at Conestoga. Her program was a one year postgraduate certificate. Fast forward we did not get any update from IRCC . I therefore sent a number of GC notes request to IRCC but to no avail. In November 2022, I forwarded a request to withdraw the TRV application but still there was no response from IRCC. So we just forgot about Canada and further declined her admission at Conestoga. Surprisingly on 13th February,2023, She had a request for her medicals. We just couldn't believe it. After, the medicals, we had a request letter for an updated admission letter. We quickly reapplied for another program and God been so good we had the admission in four days time. We submitted this new admission letter and on the 1st of March ,2023, we had a PPR. It took almost a year for a TRV application to be approved. This can just be the doing the Lord. No matter your situation here, never give up and keep trusting God for a miracle and he will definitely come through for you. 15 Likes |

sunkyrazzy: Not yet, which is why I’m asking. I’ve browsed through Facebook groups and kijiji Canada and I don’t like what I’m seeing. Again, most people I’m seeing are Indians. I was thinking if we are more than 5 Nigerians going to Barrie, we can all rent a 3 bedroom flat, share and spill the bill because of the cost of housing. 2 Likes |

I advise everyone to plan properly before coming to canada if you eventually get your visa . Canada is not the way it’s being painted. The country is. Beautiful no doubt and well organized but it is difficult to get jobs here . Skill jobs are even more difficult even the menial jobs are not everywhere. Everything is expensive especially in Toronto. If you don’t come with enough money you will regret it. Rent is paid each month and a lot of people are paying between 750 dollars to 1200 dollars a month for 1 room shared toilet and kitchen in Toronto. I also heard students in Niagara college are withdrawing from the school because their is no job in that location and many cannot afford to sustain themselves. Some people have been here since 3 months applying for menial jobs without getting in Toronto. Plan before coming here please 17 Likes |

I don't have much in my account now but I have properties I want to sell, please advise. 3. The college will resume in 2nd week of January, please advise when should we start the visa application. 4. What is the processing duration before getting Visa. Please I don't have any experience on travelling and need step by step advise. I want to avoid any application denying. I believe with God Almighty, with ur guru experience and other support, we will get the visa. Please am expecting ur urgent response because I believe there is no time to waste. Thank you sirs. |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Bobomaigida: 9:47am On Mar 16, 2023 |
Hardeylord: So sorry for the refusal, the first thing to do is to request for GCMS notes to know exactly why the application was rejected. How long is your programme? Are you sponsoring yourself or you have sponsors? How much was your POF? What course are you going for? Is it related to your first degree or present work? 1 Like |
