Maybe this works? At the end of the message add your UCID, Application number, full names and date of birth.

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is my hope that you are doing well as you work diligently during these uncertain times.

As my studies begin on the (date of resumption ) at the University of ......, I am sincerely worried since my study permit application has been pending for over 12 weeks now.

The expediting of my application process would be greatly appreciated so that I can formulate meaningful travel and study plans to (name of city). This delay and experience have been affecting my current life and plan. However, I understand that schedules and times have changed over the years, but faster processing will assist me in making informed decisions for my studies.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration in this process.

Name:
UCID:
APP NUMBER:
DATE OF BIRTH:

Omnisavage:
My ogas in the house, please what do you think of this message? Is it the right tone? compelling enough? is there something I should still add? 12 weeks don pass.

```Dear sir/ma,
I hope this message meets you well. I applied for my study permit on May 17th and it has now exceeded the 12-weeks standard processing time. My school is to resume on September 6th and I have until the end of the month before I have to defer my admission till May.
Please help look into my matter.
Kind Regards.
```

Do you know anyone in Regina that you can send their mailing address to them?

Yours is better than asking the person to book an intkake appointment

I don't have any relative or friend in Regina.....that's the challenge I'm facing right now

Is there expiring date on your Admission offer letter you submitted on your application? They can cancel your application if your admission letter has expired.

I was thinking they will ask for a new admission when the present one expire.
Any experience candidate as mine also has expiration date .
applied since May 19, noting has changed till now at the 13th week

After summer prices will drop. These high prices are a normal trend every summer and also towards the end of winter

If there is expiring date on your admission letter and you know that your application will expired during the processing of your study permit application. Kindly contact your school admissions office and tell them to defer your admission and send letter of admission deferral so you can send it to IRCC, through webform.

@Makano and other gurus

I have sent out mails to all the MPs in Newfound land with my application details needed. However, some are requesting for my residential address in Newfoundland. One MP sent me a form attached to include this information and sign a authorization form. My question is since I'm not yet in Canada, can I use my Nigeria residential address and postal code. Note that there is emphasis on residential address and postal code . See below

Your Legal Name – including any middle names

Date of Birth:

Country of Birth:

Full residential address - including postal code

UCI Number (if applicable):

Good Morning Naira Land Family.

I applied for my Study Permit on the 6th of June
Did my Biometrics on the 7th and it reflected same day
Medicals was passed on the 27th of July

While waiting to hear back from IRCC I got an email prompting me to check my dashboard.

My Application was CANCELLED and I do not know how to go about it. Any advice or suggestions you have for me will be highly appreciated.

Please Help!!!

Check the attached photo below; the reason for cancelation of your application by IRCC could be one of the two reasons

Hi please can you help me with the MP address? I sent you an email too. Thank you

I think you misunderstood me. The Montreal office didn't check because they wanted to help. It's because my dad lives in Montreal and initiated the request for me. You need to find someone in Canada be it a friend, relative or spouse. Have them reach out the way I explained to their respective MP office. I didn't mean Montreal specialized in these type of requests. All MP offices can.

Yes, please send the scholarship award letter to ircc via web form in the add important documents section. Add a nice cover letter stating that your university has seen that you are a promising and bonafide student hence the scholarship award.

Who knows this might be a silver lining to your approval.

All the best.

Funny enough, My agent said it is not possible to upload a document after submitting an application. This was one of things that caused delay in submitting my application due to the long processes of form A application.

Avoid US airlines and BA if you don't have US and UK Visas
Egypt Air, Lufthansa, KLM, Ethiopia Airline are some of your options

Congratulations!

Is it possible to share details about how you processed the scholarship.
I would really appreciate your feedback, and I can send you a private message too.
All the best.

Thanks Hanzat.
The department/course in the university I applied to has this scholarship program for students who get admitted which is covered by some sponsors.
Selected students were awarded the scholarship after some context.

folks if you want to check cheap flights, use Google flights to check for cheap flights but to book, you may require a dollar card so as to pay some of the third party sites Google flight website will link you to.

With a Canada visa you do not require a UK visa to transit through Heathrow.

Hello Gurus,

Does it make sense to keep bombarding IRCC with mails If one's Eligibility review just started (Aug 14th)?

Since Eligibility timeframe varies.

Hello NL Family, pls I have 15 hours layover at Montreal. The airline - Lufthanza said they don't have any complimentary hotel arrangement. Pls suggest to me what I can do during this layover especially as it will be night.
Best option is to check into a nearby hotel if you have the funds, otherwise you look out for a good part of the airport and spend away the time.

Really? I was informed by my travel agent that a transit visa is required to transit via UK.
Pls confirm that you have gone through this route before without a UK Visa especially as I see very good air ticket deals on BA Airline.
Thanks

That agent is clearly not knowledgeable in everything regarding study permit application. Webform has saved so many applications by allowing people send in documents that was omitted when they initially submitted their application.

Thanks @tradesummoore

Would I be able to get into the airport after going out from there to a hotel?
