Maybe this works? At the end of the message add your UCID, Application number, full names and date of birth. Dear Sir/Madam, It is my hope that you are doing well as you work diligently during these uncertain times. As my studies begin on the (date of resumption ) at the University of ......, I am sincerely worried since my study permit application has been pending for over 12 weeks now. The expediting of my application process would be greatly appreciated so that I can formulate meaningful travel and study plans to (name of city). This delay and experience have been affecting my current life and plan. However, I understand that schedules and times have changed over the years, but faster processing will assist me in making informed decisions for my studies. Thank you very much for your time and consideration in this process. Name: UCID: APP NUMBER: DATE OF BIRTH: Omnisavage: 11 Likes 1 Share |

Onyeara: If there is expiring date on your admission letter and you know that your application will expired during the processing of your study permit application. Kindly contact your school admissions office and tell them to defer your admission and send letter of admission deferral so you can send it to IRCC, through webform. |

@Makano and other gurus I have sent out mails to all the MPs in Newfound land with my application details needed. However, some are requesting for my residential address in Newfoundland. One MP sent me a form attached to include this information and sign a authorization form. My question is since I'm not yet in Canada, can I use my Nigeria residential address and postal code. Note that there is emphasis on residential address and postal code . See below Your Legal Name – including any middle names Date of Birth: Country of Birth: Full residential address - including postal code UCI Number (if applicable): Application Number: |

kiari: I think you misunderstood me. The Montreal office didn't check because they wanted to help. It's because my dad lives in Montreal and initiated the request for me. You need to find someone in Canada be it a friend, relative or spouse. Have them reach out the way I explained to their respective MP office. I didn't mean Montreal specialized in these type of requests. All MP offices can. |

Trailblazer21: Funny enough, My agent said it is not possible to upload a document after submitting an application. This was one of things that caused delay in submitting my application due to the long processes of form A application. |

Enji:Best option is to check into a nearby hotel if you have the funds, otherwise you look out for a good part of the airport and spend away the time. |

Really? I was informed by my travel agent that a transit visa is required to transit via UK. Pls confirm that you have gone through this route before without a UK Visa especially as I see very good air ticket deals on BA Airline. Thanks TradeSunMoore: |

HopefulSuccess: That agent is clearly not knowledgeable in everything regarding study permit application. Webform has saved so many applications by allowing people send in documents that was omitted when they initially submitted their application. 1 Like 1 Share |
