(lagos) ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our Garmprint team at Apapa and support our daily office procedures. This staff shall act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing internal and external queries. The administrative officer shall also operate as a liaison between Human Resources at the Garm Group Headquarters providing ad hoc HR services to Garmprint. Responsibilities: Manage office supplies, stock and place orders. Prepare reports on administrative feedback, expenses and office budgets as required. Answer queries by employees and clients Maintain correspondence as required and report to the HR/Admin team at Head Office. Maintain and update records on attendance, leave and infractions. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents. Administering health and safety of all staff on the premises. Ensuring accommodation and its facilities are well managed and maintained. Ensuring work equipment are appropriately used and maintained.. Follow the company calendar and ensure staff keep to stipulated schedules. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, assigned. Requirements: 3-5 yrs. experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role. Health and safety qualification are added advantage Project management certification is a plus Solid knowledge of office procedures. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically). Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
