A Young Man Fully Kitted In NYSC Uniform was spotted pushing a truck loaded with plastic bottles at Choba Junction in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Reports.

Eyewitnesses claimed they saw him on Tuesday morning, August 2.

Another witness said the plastic bottles are probably for recycling.
