THE BLESSINGS AND BENEFITS OF THE RESURRECTION OF JESUS. Volume 2, Part 12.

1Peter 2:9 (KJV) But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

Today we continue our study series titled THE BLESSINGS AND BENEFITS OF THE RESURRECTION OF JESUS to enable us to walk in the fullness of the resurrection power.

12. Leadership is not exercising influence over men but creating opportunities for men to return back to God, for all purposes and destinies begins and ends in Christ. Leadership is not creating followership or creating followership of people who will help you fulfill your personal or selfish ambitions and goals. This is the commonest leaders we have in the world today. Christ as a leader came to call humanity back to God or create opportunities for mankind to return back to God through Him. Every leader is supposed to be a divine vessel for the accomplishment of divine purposes not selfish purposes.

Cain who was of the devil was the first to redefine leadership after the fall as an act of stealing, killing and destroying in order to succeed. Leadership is not subduing and having dominion over men but subduing and having dominion over all other creatures on the earth, in the air, land and the seas including all evil spirits. No evil spirits lives outside of these three realms. So by creation and divine privilege you are created a leader over the devil and all his kingdoms in these three realms especially now in Christ Jesus.

Leadership is a divine gift and a divine nature. No leadership principle or promotion can go outside of the parameters set by God for man in Genesis 1:28 to be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, subdue it and have dominion. Even in the office it is the boss that gives promotion to whom he thinks deserves it. You cannot be promoted in higher leadership just because you think you earned it. In politics it is first the country that gives you offices you can aspire, then the party gives you platform, then the people will give you their vote. It's all gifts from beginning to the end so that only God takes the glory. All power and authority belongs to God and he gives it to whom he chooses according to His eternal plan and purpose in Christ Jesus.

Our responsibility as man and especially as believers is to discover who God has made us already in Christ Jesus and all that He has given us already in Christ Jesus, believe and accept them by faith and then fight the good fight of faith to bring them into manifestations in our lives, not to earn them. Faith is a state of rest in who you are and what you have in Christ. Therefore we labour daily to enter into that rest. We don't labour to become or get something, we only labour to manifest the leadership grace, positions and authority given to us already in Christ Jesus. That a born leader never leads does not mean he is not a leader.

If a man has one hundred million naira in his bank account and he does not know it, does that mean he is not a millionaire? If he knows and an yet fails to learn how to withdraw it to meet his needs and live like a millionaire, does that mean he is not a millionaire? This is the state of all mankind especially the believer. The work of the devil is to make sure just like this man that you never get to know you are already a millionaires, so that you can start labouring to become one or for someone or something to make you one. Even when you get to know you are a millionaire, he will put every obstacle to stop you from accessing it. He will try to frustrate you to the point that you will no longer believer it is yours or that you can have it. John 8:12; 14:6; Colossians 2:3,9-10; 3:1-4; Ephesians 1:3-5,17-23; 3:1-11,19; 1Timothy 6:12; Philippians 2:5-11; 2Peter 1:2-4; 1Peter 2:9; Genesis 1:28-29; 4:1-26; Psalm 24:1; Luke 10:19; James 4:7; Mark 16:15-20; John 14:13-14; Mark 9:23; 11:23-24; Daniel 2:21-22;

The bottom line of all what we are saying is that God wants you to begin to see yourself in the eyes and light of all that the resurrection of Jesus has done for you and has made you. And no more in your fleshly natural sin nature so that you can begin to enjoy the fullness of the blessings of the mystery of the resurrection power which includes eternal life and freedom from sin, sickness, diseases, poverty, demonic oppression, fear, doubts, anxieties and death.

If you need healing the bible says In Matthew 8:17 that Jesus Himself took all our sicknesses and diseases. Therefore you can receive your healing now by faith in the name of Jesus. Just lay your hand on the affected area of your body and say this prayer. Father God in the name of Jesus I believe that Jesus died for my healing. I believe He took all my sickness and diseases on the cross. If He took them, then I cannot have them. Therefore I resist and I reject every sickness in my body and I confess Jesus today as my healer and I receive my healing now. Thank you Jesus that I am healed. 1Peter 2:24; Ps 107:20.
Now begin to do what you couldn't do before because of the sickness. You are healed in Jesus name.

Jesus is coming very soon. Are you ready? Heaven is real, hell is real. Judgement Day is coming. The time is very short. Choose Jesus today.
You can become a born again child of God today. The bible says If you shalt confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in your heart that God hath raised him from the dead, you shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10; John 1:12.

Say this prayer: O God have mercy on me. I come to you today in the name of Jesus. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that He died for me. I believe that you raised Him from the dead for my salvation. I accept Jesus in my heart today and I confess Him today as my Lord and Saviour. Thank you Father that today I am saved In Jesus name.
