HONOURABLE COMMISSIONER FOR REGIONAL INTEGRATION AND DIASPORA RELATIONS HON. ADEBOBOYE OLOGBESE PAYS COURTESY VISIT TO THE COMMISSIONER FOR THE MINISTRY OF ENERGY, MINES AND MINERAL RESOURCES .

Leadership is not about power alone; but it's about how you build up the team around you and In line with the policies and massive achievements of the Ondo state Government under the leadership of his Excellency Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu SAN especially on the Ondo State port.


The Commissioner for Regional Integration and Diaspora Relations HON. ADEBOBOYE OLOGBESE who was received by the Honorable commissioner for the Ministry of Energy Mines and Mineral Resources, engineer Razaq Obe, during his courtesy visit says his ministry has taken into cognisance the need to Collectively work with all the relevant ministries in Ondo state for the development of the state.



The commissioner who led the team which include Director Finance & Admin, Regional integration Mrs Ebiseni Margaret Oladele, Director of Accounts Mr.Dada Emmanuel, deputy Director Regional integration Mrs Olabode, deputy director finance and admin. Mr. Adelakun J.S and the admin. Sec. Mr. S. O Omoba from the ministry of Regional Integration and Diaspora Relations R.I.D.R urged the commissioner for the ministry of energy, mines and mineral resources to collaborate with his ministry in order to leverage on the market potentials of the Ondo state port.


According to the commissioner for Regional Integration and Diaspora Relation hon. Ologbese "Governor Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu led administration interest in Ondo state port is to open up the port to the global communities, hence the synergy between the ministries can not be overemphasized".



Hon. Ologbese also said ODIPA has done a commendable job by securing the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) approval. Therefore, R.I.D.R wants to add more economy values through partnership of all relevant ministries in the state.



The honorable commissioner also pointed out that this collaboration will be the engine room that will drive the economy of Ondo state globally. As R.I.D.R will hold a international business submit in order to gather the international bodies together. As this will bring about having business exposure.


Meanwhile, the commissioner for the ministry of energy, mines and mineral resources hon. Razaq Obe who thanked hon. Ologbese for his articulated presentation said as long as the partnership is in favor of the state and in line with the policies of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN. It is a welcome idea.


Hon. Obe, commended the enthusiastic drive of hon. Ologbese and his team as he throw light on his ministry's commendable projects such as the generation and distribution of power supply and the ministry" s current ways of making electricity available to areas like okitipupa where darkness will become a thing of the past.


He also spoke about oil and gas, Bitomen and the progress the ministry of energy, mines and mineral resources has made to complement the Ondo state Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu' s polices.


Both commissioners agreed that this collaboration will turn the face of the economy of Ondo state globally.
