Too bad, your best bet is to subscribe to an internet bundle plan on any of the networks.You are probably losing money because of the auto start applications. |

Turn off 'Data Roaming' unless when absolutely required. Close apps that auto-update (an example is i-funny that just loads images in the background without notification  ) |

Go to settings--->network---->the turn off cellular Data |
