Please, if I want to file for Form 1-140 and I want to use the premium service, do I need to pay the filling fee ($715) and premium processing fee(2805) as separate fees?

Or if I'm requesting for premium processing, and I pay the $2,805, there'll be no need to pay additional filling fee of $715?

For Premium processing, you are to pay both filing fee+ premium processing fee.

Thanks for the prompt response. How can I pay these fees from Nigeria please? I'm self- petitioning and I don't know anyone in the US.

see if @NotsonewMary or anyone on this thread who went through the process recently can help you or direct you on how to go about money order / cashier check for onward payment /delivery.

good to hear IL starting to trickle in do you care to share the PD, DQ, interview month of this applicants (of course no date to keep them anonymous). Seem more interview date for june may be for employment based +/- Family preference candidates considering IR/CR didn't get scheduled for interviews (correlation not much facts to back this assumption up). Thanks everyone for chipping in

I have 1st degree in Engineering (Elect/Elect), then MBA, MSc Financial Engineering and MSc Organizational Psychology, PhD in-view.
My husband is a Network Engineer with MSc in Software Engineering
We both have over 15years of experience in multi-national companies, myself from Tech to Finance this days and hubby in Network Security.
Both of us are COREN certified engineers.
We had 5yrs F2 visa in 2016 but was not used due to some reasons(health), hope it wont be of any consequence.

Please can someone advise if we are qualified for EB2 NIW, if yes where to start from, which link to check, the requirements, steps to apply, any available info and guide is welcome.

There is no Telegram group for nurses as far as I know . The group I know of is on WhatsApp, but they won't allow you as far as your PD is not current. Hope you understand?
