Nigerian state Governors advise President Buhari to pay off federal civil servants. What is causing an economic crisis in Nigeria is the security votes. In reality, the security vote given monthly to the governors is the main reason there is insecurity in the country. There is no militant, armed, or terrorist group in Nigeria whose origin cannot be traced to one state governor or the other past or present.
Therefore, instead of paying off civil servants over 50 to increase unemployment and crime. The government of President Buhari should stop allocating security votes to state governors they either pocket or use to ferment armed trouble for the citizens.
