U.K visa refusals too are part of your UK immigration history. If she has never been to UK and never got denied a visa to UK then write a letter to them stating that exactly.

Please, i need some clarification. I have gotten admission, gotten my CAS from my school, done my TB test as well. I was building my POF, and halfway through, the naira devaluation happened, so i had to restart the 28 days count. I started counting my POF from the 27th of June, but i submitted my application (paid visa fee and IHS) on the 26th.. I hope i am on track.. or have i made a mistake? I am quite confused by the 28 days rule.
Please let me know if am on track, or if i should withdraw my application and restart a new application.

The exchange rate that will be used for you will be the rate on the day you applied. If you haven’t completed 28days on your POF then you made a mistake

I had slightly over the amount required with the exchange rate on the 26th. With the volatility of the rates, it seemed like it was finally decreasing that's why i paid then as i was unsure if it would get to N1500. I hope this would not present any problem.

Hello house, I submitted an application for my wife and kids on the 31st of May. I did paid call on the 5th of July and I was made known that decision has been made on my wife's application on the 22nd of June but I have not yet received a mail to that effect. But decision has not been made on my kids application yet.

Me and my wife had two boys before we did court marriage and had our daughter after court marriage.

Please can anyone give an Idea why we still haven't got decision on the kids application and why they haven't sent any mail as regards decision already made on my wife's application thank you.

@duchess90, when I applied for my visa, I indicated I had no one depending on me for financial support. Now I want to bring a spouse along, do a quick marriage and bring her before December. Is this going to be possible? If yes, how do I go about it?
Pls not that I received my visa on May and preparing for September studies.

Especially if you used the Neco certificate for the admission process.
I am surprised you said the school didn't ask for it, because RGU asked me to do a name reconciliation/ affidavit (same issue as yours).
The name on all your documents must be the same with the name on your international passport

I have offer letters and reference letters but I'm unwilling to show the offer letter of my current employment due to the fact that the remuneration on it doesn't commensurate with my POF. Do ECO check for this too? Someone shld help me. Thanks.

Please for a married MA after filling my partner details in the column for spouse/Patner do i still need to fill my patners details on dependant financially dependent on me

Please note that only the MA is applying now and spouse and children will apply when pof mature

Kindly advise if there is need to still put spouse on people financially dependent on me as MA

My hubby (MA) has 45 million in his account we wanted to use as POF for family of 4, but we had a change of plan becos my TB certificate is not out yet so he wants to remove 20 million from the money so we add money to it for us(dependants), please will the removal of 20 million affects the SOA for UKvi, will they ask him why remove 20 million from the account despite he still meet his financial requirements for the 28days rule.

We are about to apply for visa but the sponsor has agreed to put the pof funds in my spouse(dependant)account and not in my own(MA) account. Please will the visa decision be impacted in anyway if the pof is in the dependant-spouse account. Please advise.

so how will the lump sum not show when he applied for visa immediately after he restarted counting 28 days on his POF?

After getting student visa for myself and 3 dependants, is it compulsory we all come into UK on the same flight?

I was wondering if I can to UK in September and get an apartment while hubby and the kids come in October.

I am worried because I answered YES on my visa application form that my dependents will be travelling together with me.
