See a cardiologist. Besides why are you taking antibiotics for high BP?

Talk to your cardiologist. Ideally, you should start with candertasan (atacand), but it's a lifelong medication.. so you have to talk to your cardiologist to explore other options

Stop Weed.

E no good. If you must take it. You need medi after effecting those chamber area.

Drink Lipton tea.... don't add milk or anything.
