Someone remind me the meaning of SWAT again because PHONES are not weapons they are trained to engage. Looking at that vehicle, no plate number, no base number, no distress call number and they rode it off a police station. That’s why it’s always easy for the police to publish a disclaimer that they are not members of the force when things go south. |
