When the word "raid" is been the picture, most likely, it's most like with brute force and unethical approach. So we begin to ask these questions, was there need for the aggression to raid a home that the owner wasn't there? Could it have been approached differently? Was there a risk assessment to know the "raid" impact? They claim it was a matter of national security. Was it imminent? Would it trigger societal disorder? Would it not be seen as an act of impunity?These are various level of evaluation that needs to be checked. No just raid someone's home, the owner of building wasn't even there!
