From headlining Rolling Loud festival to featuring in several international artists songs and headlining numerous festivals and concerts, Wizkid continues to take the music industry higher. The singer has made history again in Nigeria, by becoming the first African artiste to headline the World’s biggest gaming event, Gamers 8 eSports, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We recall Wizkid had received a million dollars to headline the Rolling Loud festival in Miami. The singer headlined the festival alongside American artists like Future, Dave and others. Buj who disclosed the news wrote, “Rolling Loud gave Wizzy $1M Omo”. His fans went ecstatic over the good news as they seized the opportunity to shade Davido and Burna Boy. To add to it, one of American rap groups, Migos opened up for Wizkid at Rolling Loud festival in Miami.

Burna Boy had given many American artists a run for their money as he sold out a 21,000 capacity at State Farm Arena. With his new achievement, Burna Boy became the first African artiste to sell out all his shows in America.
Earlier in the week, Nigerian music star, Ayo Balogun popularly known as Wizkid, was celebrated worldwide by his teeming fans even though his birthday month is July.
