What A Shame Victor UMEH!

Characters like Victor Umeh have continued to represent themselves as shameless, morally bereft, and everlasting sycophants who are only interested in stomach infrastructure and selfish gain, even if it costs others their well-being, his likes have continued to impoverish and mislead our people.

Because they consider our people emotionally vulnerable, folks like Victor Umeh will always believe that people are stupid and will accept any garbage thrown at them. As a result, he has begun to flaunt his shamelessness moral bankruptcy.

Victor Umeh appeared on Channels' television program a few days ago exclusively to blame Professor Charles Soludo for his failure to secure the APGA Senatorial ticket. Throughout his speech, Umeh lambasted and humiliated Anambra Governor Charles Soludo and APGA National Chairman Victor Oye, accusing them of plotting his departure from the party.

From his words, Umeh was bitter, wounded and appeared like someone on a vendetta mission against Soludo and APGA.

Since Umeh left APGA to join Peter Obi in the Labour Party, hoping to ride on the latter's bandwagon effects to the Senate, he has received torrents of rejection and condemnation from members of the Labour Party, APGA and constituents of Anambra Central alike.

It’s funny how this same Victor Umeh, who used the same APGA to enrich himself in the past, defrauded many and, on two occasions, awarded himself Senatorial tickets of APGA is now crying foul on National television for losing a primary election.

It’s laughable and an absolute mockery to our intellect and sensibility for Victor Umeh to accuse anyone of forcing him out of APGA just because he lost an election and woefully lost stake at APGA. It was the only primary he had ever contested in his entire life as an APGA member; perhaps he expected the ticket to be willed to him and the State to bankroll his election like always, but instead Soludo asked him to join the queue, just like him Soludo did in 2013 when Umeh disqualified him from Governorship race.

Where is the integrity, character, and morality of Victor Umeh to have left APGA where he was supposed to be the last man standing and emulate from those he defrauded who did not abandon the party.

In 2013, we all read how Victor Umeh collected millions from aspirants like Charles Soludo for the Governorship slot of Anambra State and went ahead to disqualify him. He collected one hundred thousand naira each from aspiring councilors across the state, yet conducted no election for them and still did not refund their money. The same Umeh collected millions from Captain Iheanacho of Imo State with a promise of Guber ticket, but he failed him. He collected from Okey Ezeh and numerous other aspirants from Imo State and abscond with their millions. In Zamfara, Umeh did not spare Dr. Sani Shinkafi, who was his National Secretary. He defrauded Labaran Maku as well as many other northerners whom he collected millions from and still denied them APGA tickets. All these victims of Umeh's fraud and criminality, from Soludo, Shinkafi, Labran, Okey Ezeh, Anambra councilors and other aspirants, remained in the APGA party after their money was siphoned by Victor Umeh as National Chairman, in the spirit of party supremacy, but when it was Umeh’s turn to lose the APGA ticket, he jumped out of the party the next morning and started his foolery.

The same Victor Umeh who claimed that Dim Ojukwu handed APGA over to him and he is the next eternal leader of the party after Dim Ojukwu. On several occasions, Umeh has mocked Peter Obi for betraying Ojukwu and abandoning APGA. We saw how he led Obiano to Ojukwu grave to lay curse on Peter Obi, and numerous other of his theatrics just to abuse Peter Obi and claim APGA leadership.

Umeh had in the past been vocal in laying curses and making mockery of Peter Obi for leaving APGA. He even called Obi a failure, a serial betrayal, and an inconsistent character for abandoning Ojukwu and APGA.

All the life achievements of Victor Umeh have been proceeds from his frauds from APGA. The money he stole from aspirants and governors of the party, yet Umeh feels entitled to appear on national television to mislead innocent people and wants us to join in his KARMA and vendetta mission.

Today, he has taken on the role of Peter Obi spokesman, although self appointed, in the hope of using the bandwagon effect of Obi Presidency to return to the Senate, but Anambra people have not failed to remind him that he cannot fool the people all the time.

We know what the gimmicks are for Victor Umeh, but unfortunately, he will fail. If not shamelessness, what will make Victor Umeh jump from one studio to another, insulting Soludo, Oye, and other Anambra state sons and daughters in his quest for revenge? The same way he insulted, abused, and mocked Peter Obi on national dailies and even called him a generational failure, today he is everywhere speaking for the same Peter Obi.

The truth is, Victor Umeh has distinguished himself as a shameless character, a hungry sycophant and stomach infrastructure politician, who will sing once he is given enough food and cash.

If Umeh must still reserve some honor for his name, let him return to APGA and join the queue. Umeh couldn’t have been everywhere abusing Soludo and others if he was given the APGA ticket and have his election bankrolled as he had wished for.

What a shame!

We know that Umeh will eventually Labour in vain. His is waiting for his new found Labour Party to capsize before he jumps out again.

We are waiting to humiliating him in Anambra in 2023. Those who did not vote for him at the APGA primaries are the same Anambra people who will vote in the Senatorial election, he is not popular and will continue to be haunted by his past evil records.
