A new Pharmaceutical Marketing Company wants to hire Business Development Officers and Medical Representatives to work in the Marketing Department.

1. Business Development Officers

The purpose of this job is to identify profitable business opportunities, develop and execute best strategies to increase company sales and profits, reach and build strong relationship with our target audience. Preferably Ladies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the Company is reaching its Corporate and Target Audience.
• Calling / reaching / meeting potential and current customers to present company business offerings, negotiate business deals and encourage purchase.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records, customer interactions, Process customer accounts and file documents
• Receiving monthly sales orders
• Compiling monthly sales Records

Job Requirements:

• A B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Admin or any related field
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Membership of NIMN, APCON, NIPR and similar Certifications will be an advantage.
• Must understand Sales principles and customer service practices.
• Experience in identifying target audiences, and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate them.
• Email Marketing, SMS blasts, and Telemarketing marketing skills
• Writing content for social medial pages and campaigns
• Familiar with Sales Reports and Sales Records
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software

2. Medical Representatives

The purpose of this job is to detail, promote and sell Company’s Medications, and Medical Equipment to our Target Audience.

Job Responsibilities
• Selling the company's medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
• Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.
• Following up on leads generated by the company.
• Preparing presentations for potential customers.
• Researching competitor’s medications and their respective market performances.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications.
• Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences,
or related field.
• Proven medical sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,
and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Persuasive and resilient.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong negotiation skills.
