Catholic versus Adventist Godhead

Do Adventists and Catholics have the same teaching/meaning of the Godhead?
Are the Adventist Unitarians correct in their accusation of apostasy against the Adventist Church, claiming the adoption of Catholic doctrine on the Godhead?
