On march 26th of this year, Bishop Oyedepo acquired his fourth private jet which worth around five billion naira.

The private jet, a Gulfstream V was declared to the over 10,000 worshippers who thronged Canaaland on Sunday March 27th, by the bishop himself.
The bishop said the new jet will be used exclusively for the ministry’s African Mission.

In his speech on Sunday, the bishop also announced that a state-of-art private aircraft hanger that can accommodate five jets at a time is being built for his jets near the international wing of Murtala Mohammed International Airport.

All that being said, those in the know argued that keeping a total of four private jets in the hanger is a form of extravagance judging by the amount of money that will be required to maintain the aircraft.

However, research revealed that on average,a hanger is going to cost anywhere from $200 to $3,500 a month. It’s going to come down to the size of the hanger, the time needed,as well as the location.

The story now is that, Bishop Oyedepo has now put up two out of the four private jets for sale. Though the reason for his decision, we don’t know but according to a reliable source close to the man of God, we gathered that it seems Bishop Oyedepo is now overwhelmed with the cost of maintaining the entire four jets which is estimated to cost millions of naira.

only a damn fool would buy (or be advise to do so) not knowing the enormous cost of "parking it", servicing it or flying it.
as any jet owner SHOULD KNOW, whether in the air or on the ground, you pay for the jet upkeep regardless!

Members should contribute more. selling the jets would mean there is a limit to blessings. They should be considering a fifth jet next year smiley

I just pity the dull ones that will buy the JET.most Christians and there pastors are so so damn f*ked. Thats y they act like fools. Even one of the owners of a plane manufacturin company in the U.S dont own a plain, queen elizabeth uses british airways. Then one man who has been statualized or idolised says he needs 4. And to show the height of his stupidity. One planes for a mission. Is dis not idiosyncratic? Before u critise the muslims because you christos are good at it note am not muslim

Whichever is morally, ethically right.

With consideration of the "Flock" that may be contributing to his welfare. Bearing in mind the welfare of the Pastor's "Sheeps" are also his responsibility, hence the reason he is a pastor in the first place.

An abuse on that role "Pastoring" and responsibility (Congregation) is an hypocrisy. Failure to address that abuse is also an hypocrisy.

In short, moderation and consideration is key.

Good answer to what i consider to be a dumb 'got you' question, sounds a bit like the pharisees in their attempt to box Jesus into a corner.
