The alleged crimes didn’t take place in Nigeria so it’s hard to understand why the government thinks the UK would even consider their request. Their delegation that was sent to London was basically ignored so the thought that the courts in London would grant their wish is comical.
This guy is still sitting on government payroll while languishing in a jail cell outside of Nigeria while other government workers are owed salaries, I’m sure. What the Nigerian government should be doing is demanding his resignation.
