Is Money Politics Ending In Lagos? (photos) by ElixirDavid(m): 10:03am On Aug 15, 2022 |
In the last few weeks, various support groups have been springing up anew in Lagos. Some of these groups have pledged their support for another candidate who neither belongs to the All Progressive Congress (APC) nor the People's Democratic Party (PDP). They are campaigning for Hon. Hakeem Ologun Onikoyi-Dickson to become the next governor of Lagos State. Hakeem Ologun Onikoyi-Dickson, popularly known as (HOD), is the gubernatorial candidate of Accord (Accord Party) in the Lagos election race. What is this telling us? Is this the end of money politics in Lagos? Will this be the end of the APC-PDP power tussle? Will power change hands in 2023? Drop your opinions in the comment section.
