Department: Business Services Line Manager: Head, Sales Job Description Supporting the Sales Team with general operations to help reach the team’s departmental objectives. Process Administrator for Sales Team, i.e. for timely invoicing, billing instruction submission, and Update Forms (termination, suspension, Cost Change, Upgrade or Downgrade). Data Base Management (Updating by-client, Update Forms, client detail Sheets etc.). Follow up on debtors together with AMs and send Demand Notices to debtors. Coordinate overall Sales Reporting and coordinating Sales Meetings and Writing of Minutes during Meetings. Sales Document Management. Meeting Scheduling and Paper Work. Assisting with regional staff’s documentation. Attending to Walk-in Customers. Vendor Registration (For our Clients). Collating documents for Bids and submission. Cold Calling and E-Marketing and responding to customers that call in. Canvassing for website design and Development. Checking with AMs on SLAs, making sure they are up to date. Checking contracts and Prices are up to date. Collating and Reporting Monthly Sales to Team9 Target vs Revenue). Communicating internally, important feedback if any from clients to the team, or feedback from different departments to the Team Members. Dealing and responding to a high volume of Emails when necessary. Organizing Social Activities for the department, e.g. Team Bounding etc. Assist in Lead Generation and client Follow-up if AM is not available. Requesting for all materials required in the department. Knowledge, Skills and Experience University Degree or HND He/She must have completed NYSC 0-2 years of working experience Excellent Customer service skills Understanding of ICT business environment. Knowledge and usage of financial tools like Excel, Ms Word, PowerPoint etc. Team player Ability to use his or her initiative and embrace improvement and growth Ability to communicate through our social media platforms and interact with clients on our website Knowledge of report writing and analysis Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure if required Ability to sell to walk-in customers Interested candidates should send a copy of their CV to hr@ic-sol.net using the job title as the subject of the mail. |
