Therefore David being a prophet, and knowing that YHVH had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his `loins`, according to the flesh, he would raise up the Messiah to sit on his throne;
That's to say that David is the actual Father of the Messiah but David was already dead long before the Messiah was born but God preserved his seed of life or breath of life to fulfill this promise.
John 14:17
Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

The world can not receive the Holy Spirit because they don't know that the Holy Spirit is the Father himself.

2. Yes, scripture indicates Jesus Christ as a fleshly descendant of David. However, you instead assert that Jesus Christ was born of the same breath of Life as David who should instead be in his grave awaiting the resurrection of the Jews to come when Jesus Christ returns. Are you suggesting that come time for the resurrection, David will not rise from the dead along with the others?

3. Well, if you read the passage even further, you would have realized instead that the Holy Spirit, who is in fact the Spirit of Truth, the same Spirit which lived inside of Jesus Christ, and as Jesus Christ explained in the context is subject to Him -
* The Helper is meant to give you that which He receives from Jesus Christ
* The Helper is to remind you of that which Jesus Christ taught to His followers.
* The Helper is also to glorify Jesus Christ
* The Helper is to take from that which is Jesus Christ to give to His followers
* The Helper is the Spirit of Truth that will speak only that which He hears from Jesus Christ
.... All this is found written in John 14 vs 26 - 26 & John 16 vs 8 - 15

Clearly, not only is the Spirit of Truth subject to Jesus Christ but He is of Jesus Christ.
