if you had asked 'that can't speak 'your' language then it would have made sense.
Ok, say I cannot speak catalan 'my' lang.but can speak yoruba 'your' lang.
Is there a problem with that?
And even if I cannot speak both ie mine & yours just know that;

language is not the same thing as communication.

its just a constituent part or key component.
