Changera is an online payment service that allows users to send and receive money Internationally.

Recently, this payment service launched virtual dollar debit card that allow users to purchase anything online without monthly spending limit imposed by CBN

How to use this service like downloading the app, getting the virtual card and lots more will be discussed in this article: https://www.steadinet.com/2022/08/changera-cross-border-payment-service.html

Good effort, you tried.
But it's a nonsense app full of hidden charges.
They upgraded the app and force everyone to pay to use a virtual card that should be free...

Rates are crap too.
