Really? why didnt they feel like that when the money has not been refunded. They slept in their parlour and Ned with his company did all the Job to get the money refunded and now to pay him his fee they feel it is too much for one firm they are jokers.
When you approach an agent for a property in highbrow area and he said he has a lot but his fee will be like 10% and you didn't agreed, when they agent now showed you a property worth a billion and you are to pay him about 100million is it then your eye will become open that 100 million is to big for him. I have questions, but before i ask, i tried reading online what the paris club refund means but one article in the Sun Newspaper was all about how Ned did this and that, basically raising him.

Now, my basic knowledge of it initially was that during the debt forgiveness phase of 2005, the FG under OBJ paid a part so that the balance would be forgiven, but looks like the payment was made from the joint account of the 3-tiers of government for a debt owed by the FG alone, somehow some people (can't really say who tho, but i assume people like Ned) brought it to the knowledge of the states and LGs, and they somehow were able to make FG cough it out as a refund.

Now my questions:

*Firstly, is my narration of the issue in the second paragraph, the correct one or am i wrong?

* Who and who hired Ned to do the job? If it was the states and LG (assuming there was a legally binding agreement) why is the FG the one struggling to do the payment and not the people who contracted them for the job.

* How come there are multiple consultants for the same job?

* Now from the article in the Sun Newspaper trying to blow Ned's trumpet, it was said Ned started work in 2003, but this Paris refund was 2005 during Okonjo-Iweala.
