India, though more diverse than Nigeria, has found a way to manage its diversity by giving rooms for each tribe/state to develop at its own pace, unlike Nigeria where we all submit to the dictate of one individual through the structural command a document called 1999 constitution.

The Western countries, although they have their issues, are extremely fair in a number of ways. These guys always put competence above over everything else and that is why they will always lead the part of the world where people use trivial things like race/tribe and religion to kill innovation and creativity.

Those Indians who run those corporations will always show gratitude to them because another country gave them an opportunity their own country couldn't give them. Mind you, those Indians only earn salaries, receive prestige and gain immeasurable exposure for managing those companies. However, the revenue remains in their countries of origin and their founders/chairmen get the lion's share.

.it doesn't have anything to do with that, Indians are extremely Smart and incredibly humble,which makes them the obvious candidates for this big posts,it just makes sense.
Let's not forget India is perhaps the economy with the biggest potential in decades to come, they have 1.5b people and any global corporation needs them

For every qualified Indian who holds a big tech position in the US today, there are thousands of Americans who are as qualified and competent as those Indians.

What makes the US and other Western countries different is that they are liberal and see people beyond skin colour and where they come from. That's why talented people from around the world keep rushing to those parts of the world.

Let me know when Indians start taking up big jobs that were originally created by the locals in China, Russia and Saudi Arabia the way they take over in US, UK and Canada. Abi those countries no get big corporations?

Even India companies wouldn’t allow dark skin Indians, Africans and other people that white Indians looked down upon to run as CEO

I can’t deny the fact that it’s easy for anyone from anywhere to be a CEO in big tech or any position in West than East.

One of the reason many Nigeria owned companies have white or Indians as CEO is because they are less corrupt than Nigerians and they don’t play with their work.
