For a busy working class CITN student like you,
it is normal for you to find it hard to start preparing for your CITN exam and
in most cases, you would start preparing a few weeks before CITN exams,
thereby putting yourself under intense pressure.

this is the advice that helped them;

HAVE A SPECIFIC TIME YOU STUDY EVERY DAY:

This is one of the best hacks to get you to start studying immediately.
Make sure you study at a specific time and time interval eg from 6 pm - 7 pm and do not exceed the specific stipulated time.

STUDY ON A DAILY BASIS:

Make sure you do not skip any day, even if it is for 5 to 20 minutes, just read on a daily basis. If you are using Video Lecture, you can just allow the video to keep playing while you listen.

In CONCLUSION:
Just like setting your alarm every day, after a while, even without the alarm, you will wake up at that particular time. If you study every day and at a particular time, your subconscious mind will adapt and it will become automatic soon.
