They are protecting their business against litigation. They hand over their customer contact to you, then they have set a precedence. Banks and corporation have enemies too, they won't risk that for your claim as the moment they do, any bonified attorney will break them, to them that's a huge loss and risk they will never take. Report to your local law enforcement, helps if you have valuable information that will help also assist them. It is only the Federal government or the banks governing body in this case CBN that can request such details. Sorry for your loss, pls be wary of your dealings next time.

They are not protecting them. They are actually the real scammers.

How do you explain this: the very day two of my underage nieces opened their bank accounts and got their atm cards, they received calls from scammers asking for their card details.

Bank managers conspire with fraudsters to dupe people. The rate of fraud in the banking sector is alarming.
