Reason INEC said uploaded result cannot be manipulated is that it's taken in imagery format and converted to PDF. Some people ant access to the BVAS to check the database IP address the results are uploaded to, what we see on INEC portal is just embedded page.

INEC is not serious. As far the internet is concerned, nothing is 100% safe. Even big tech companies like Google, Facebook and Amazon that have thousands of software engineers, they have been hacked several times. INEC result cannot manipulated my ass. Someone can even hack and manipulate the results before it gets to the server and someone can easily update the records in the DB.

I know say our politicians go import some hackers during this election. Russia hackers nor get joy oh.
