SOLUTION:The problem arises from the fact that the number is missing in the manuscripts of the Masoretic text. The verse simply reads, “Saul was the son of ... years when he became king, and he reigned two years over Israel.” The verse does not include the word “reigned” in the first part. It literally says that “Saul was the son of ... years.” Consequently, the renderings of the various translations are simply the attempts of translators to fill in the missing information based on other data.https://defendinginerrancy.com/bible-solutions/1_Samuel_13.1.php

The Bible as we have it today was canonized at Nicea in about 327 AD. Mohammed came 200yrs later to confirm the same Bible. So, what is your point? All the noise you make about the re-edition and changing of the Bible is false, and targeted at barring others from knowing the truth. The original Quran was destroyed by Uthman. He wrote another Quran of his own and translated it to 7 languages. The original Quran Mohammed gave you guys is long gone. What you're holding onto today is Uthman's Quran written by Uthman. About which translation of the Bible is best, I would say you should go with anyone you can understand better. The question of how long Saul ruled in Israel is not what gives you salvation. The question you should be asking is what should you do to enter the kingdom of God. The answer is in the Bible. |

Don’t mind the ignorant Antichristian, I’m sure he didn’t know that the Bible had been canonized years before Muhammad was born and yet Muhammad didn’t say that the Bible was corrupt, rather their Quran says it came to confirm what is in the Book(Bible-Torah, Gospel) “ He has sent down upon you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming what was before it. And He revealed the Torah and the Gospel”-Quran 3:3 In surah 61:6 “And [mention] when Jesus, the son of Mary, said, "O Children of Israel, indeed I am the messenger of Allāh to you confirming what came before me of the Torah and bringing good tidings of a messenger to come after me, whose name is Aḥmad." If for one apparent (not actual) unclear verse of the Bible you want to belittle it but you ignore the thousands of REAL ERRORS in your Koran, it shows you for who you are. You don't seek the truth. You prefer the lie.
