WAEC stats has been available even before Nigerians know what the word "blog" means.

I asked you a simple question and you are fuming. Where are all the igbos that have ''dominating Waec for the past 25yrs"? How come they have not dominated all Nigerian professions today? Your dishonest and fraudulent ways is your hubris. I urge you to continue in that path.

Waec result is just one of the factors that can be used to rate the standard of education in a state or region,

It is not the only parameter or variable

There are many other factors
Okay, what about those in primary schools?
What about those in junior secondary schools?
What about those in tertiary institutions?
Will you say that all of them are not intelligent because a bunch of people failed their waec exams?
What about NECO and nabteb, someone might fail waec and pass NECO and his nabteb exams?
What about that one?
Waec exams commences yearly, whereas education is a continuum, it doesn't stop.
So waec result can't be used to determine the level of ranking of the whole sector.

They usually conduct Continuous assessment in schools, lay emphasis on the word "CONTINUOUS", a child might fail the first Continuos assessment but pass the second one, will you still insist that he failed?

Alot of factors need to be looked at like

Influence of social media,

Contribution from the part of parents
Assess to instructional materials like textbooks, good libraries, good laboratories to conduct practicals,

Good and conducive learning environment

Funding of the education sector
Payment of teachers salaries and welfare packages for the staff

And so on and so on.
