Vacancy for the post of a Business Manager for a Telecommunications Service Provider


A highly motivated middle management candidate that can work on own initiative with strong experience in telecoms customer services
Possess social science based first degree or relevant qualification i.e. B. Sc or HND in Business Admin, Economics, Accounting or any related field
2- 5 yrs experience in telecoms customer services management
2 yrs experience in personnel management. (familiar with HR management etc)
A good understanding of business process management, process audit etc.
Strong understanding of stores and inventory management
1-2 yrs in sales and marketing of telecoms products and services

Farm Administrator Needed

Responsible for planning, organising and managing the activities of a farm to meet the objectives of the owner. The farm includes a Poultry, a Cat Fish Farm, Plantain Farm and a Feed Mill

Tasks include:
planning finances and production to maintain farm progress against budget parameters;
buying supplies, such as livestock feed raw materials, fertiliser and seeds;
arranging the maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment;
planning activities for trainee staff, mentoring and monitoring them;
maintaining and monitoring the quality of yield, whether livestock or crops;
understanding the implications of the weather and making contingency plans;
making sure that products are ready for deadlines;
ensuring that farm activities comply with government regulations;
monitoring animal health and welfare;

Requirements

Responsibilities

Requirements
B.Sc or HND in Accounting and ACA or ACCA
5-7 years work experience as an auditor with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Experience in audit of a facilities management company, real estate firm or human resource outsourcing company will be an added advantage.

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize landscaping/construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.



Responsibilities
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

Position Requirements
University degree in the field of Architecture, Building or Civil Engineering
2-4 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
Certifications in Project Management
Strong familiarity with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project
Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
Flexible during times of change.
Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise.
