Russia is a terrible place for blacks. they are routinely attacked in trains and shopping malls.
Besides, russia has little or nothing to offer anybody as the society is similar to that of Nigeria: a few people with all the money.

If i were them i would rather study in Nigeria, I know someone that just withdrew from his medical degree with lots of depression issues from Russia.The grass is not always greener on the other side.
