I took the car to another technician today. We cleaned the rocker arm pressure switch, and also the oil pressure switch... and the problem was solved..

The initial mechanic I was using insisted on changing the rocker arm pressure without him even checking too see what might be wrong

My Honda Accord engine turns off whenever i put on the AC

Please i drive a Nissan Sunny ex saloon 2004 manual transmission.It happened that i was driving recently then i stopped in traffic,but i noticed my car was doing as if it was going to go off which prompted me to keep pressing the throttle just to keep the engine working.Thinking it was fuel,i bought more fuel then hit the road,this time around the car started jerking which i managed to drive it home.Later i took it to a mechanic's place to maybe increase what i understood as "SLOW",a move that got my car system destabilized completely because he first asked me to change my spark plugs,which i did,yet the problem persists,he loosen what he called Airflow meter,he loosen throttle cable.Once he starts the car,it will start normally and immediately the sound will reduce like the car will go off then picks up again.Since he did not get what's wrong,he disconnected a sensor telling me it the airflow meters that are beginning to go bad,immediately he disconnected the airflow meter above the compressor,the check engine sign came up.
To shorten the whole story,another mechanic looked at it yesterday who asked me to change fuel pump,buy injector cleaner,i did all these,yet no changes,he checked the sensors.While trying to check the crankshaft sensor located in a very difficult part of the engine,the car would not start again,when he tried to key in the sensor back as he was unable to remove it,the sensor broke,Now the sensor has been removed by a panel beater and i sent money for another one,when the car would not start he scanned it and he got a Crankshaft sensor error,Please what can you suggest with this whole story and experience of mine because this car is one car that does not give me issue but unfortunately am experiencing this at the moment.

Naso oyinbo dey do car.wetin go settle. Thats how u know quacks. Oga your fuel pump is bad and some of your spark pkugs and coils are bad.fix those two and tour car no go off. Your spark plugs are dead

I rescan again this morning using my obd2 scanner, and I got this code

I'm not comfortable with the technician changing the whole rocker arm, that's why I'm asking questions here on what too do and rescanning again... it's show rocker arm Pressure on his scanner but it's not showing on mine...

I want too take it too another technician today to check his inpute too

Narrow your diagnosis to your TPS.
Modified. Good you had the issue fixed. You should get a better scanner though.

Find a better technician and start undoing all the things they destroyed.
The first step to fixing any engine problem is to get it scanned. It might do you good to get your own scanner.

Hi guyz I have a 2014 Toyota Camry sport and I notice there is a delay when the gear is to move from gear 2 to 3. It just feel like the gear disengages to neutral for like a second before 3 engages. Or it feels like the car is breaking itself, so there is a forward push for the occupants in the car before it engages gear 3. Basically a rough shift from 2 to 3. No check engine light on. I have had to research and this YouTube video on my signature perfectly explains what I am facing.i also found out Toyota made an update to the software of the transmission in this bulletin(Toyota TSB T-SB-0312-17) to address this issue. Also see two individuals that had the same issue and what they did to get it solved in the screen shot. Problem is I don’t know a professional that can get I done.

My opinion is you should get a much higher end computer and diagnose to find out what you're dealing with.

If none, it's either your chain is stretched or a kazeem has been at your VVTi actuator and welded it.

This stuff started when the vehicle overheated because the radiator hose was clipped when the AC technician fixed a new condenser and compressor.

I am driving a 010 Toyota Camry. But have been noticing some issue as regards the Gear. Whenever put the Gear on D ( Drive ) it delays few 10 - 15seconds before responding or shifting to drive. But respond swiftly to other Gear levels. PRN ..

But I do noticed it respond a little bit we'll in the morning, when I'm just moving. After a while it starts again.



- I have changed the Gear Fluid to make sure it's up to gauge. Still having the same issue.

- I have asked few technicians here in Ibadan, some are saying it's electrical problems and issues like that. I went to be sure before engaging anyone to avoid any error, as Gear is expensive now.

Remote diagnosis would be difficult here.
Take it to a good technician to diagnose and undo whatever was done to it.

(1) P0037 H02S heater control 1 circuit low bank 1 sensor 2.

(2) P0128 Coolant Thermostat.


(3) P057 H02S heater control circuit low bank 2 sensor 2.

Those are three code I got when I scanned the car. Any advice please🙏🙏

P0128 Thermostat is either absent or stock open either way you need to replace it
The other two code check the wiring properly.
Thest the sensor manually because the two sensor might not be bad the same time.

I just bought a Honda Accord 2009, everything seems fine, but I noticed the oil life was at 50% when I bought it, the oil life dropped to 40 within a few days of driving.

I drove from Abuja to Akure from 40%, it dropped to 15 on that single trip. I decided to change the oil, I used Total quarts 7000. I drove the car for two weeks after the oil change, the oil life dropped to 80%.
