The law is not linear.

If he becomes President, the case is said to be summarily dead by virtue of S308.

For the purpose of age, it is a criminal offence and must be proven beyond any reasonable doubts.

These cases will most likely drag for as long as years, even if true, till after the election. Forget it, it's a no-brainer.
