The Peoples Democratic Party,PDP, Osun State chapter has expelled a 2022 governorship aspirant, Prince Dotun Babayemi from the party.

Babayemi who emerged governorship candidate in a parallel congress but did not become PDP flag bearer was alleged of anti-party activities by local executives of PDP.

The Ward Executive members of Otun Balogun 2, Ayedaade local government area of the State made the pronouncement during a press briefing at the State Party secretariat in Osogbo on Friday.

Reading the address on behalf of the Ward EXCO, the Secretary of the Ward, Ogunleye Bukayo said the factional governorship candidate was expelled as a result of a petition filed against him by some party members.

“The Ward Executive Committee of the party at its meeting of 20th July, 2022 received the report of the disciplinary committee, and after careful and extensive deliberations ratified the report of the disciplinary committee.

“The Ward Executive Committee of the Party in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 57(2) and 59 (1) (g) of the constitution of PDP hereby remove and expel Prince Dotun Babayemi from the Peoples Democratic Party. He therefore ceases to be a member of the PDP henceforth.”

Babayemi had been looking for ways to get court Judgement to nullify the primary election that produced Senator Ademola Adeleke,as the gubernatorial candidate of the party.

Babayemi’s lost his cases at the state high court including an appeal court.

He, however, has headed to the supreme court to seek redress for his case against Senator Ademola Adeleke.

Whosoever that want to stop the progress of Pdp and its Governor-elect, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke actualisation projects, The God Almighty will be removing them one after the other. Amen. God Knows how many times they have begged Dotun Babayemi to stop the clueless failed litigations he has been approaching the court of justice with. All his cases has been dismissed for lacking merit. Still he’s dragging Pdp and the people’s Governor, senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke in the court. Dotun Babayemi case will be dismissed for lacking merit in the Supreme Court of justice again. Dotun Babayemi’s a clueless APC mole in Pdp. He will be disgrace in the court of justice.

Wike wanted to be President, he waged war against his Kinsman from same Rivers State i.e Prince Uche Secondus, he frustrated and masterminded the abruptly removal of Secondus as National Chairman of PDP so as to give him (Wike) leeway to get PDP Presidential Ticket.

The National Chairmanship position of PDP was pushed away from the South to the North by 'Wikes'. The Wikes brought Ayu from the North and Ayu became National Chairman from the North at the National Convention of PDP.

At the Presidential Primaries Election of PDP, Delegates from various states cast their votes and at the end of the day, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar who polled the highest number of votes cast emerged as PDP Presidential Candidate. At this juncture, permutations and combinations failed Wike and Wikes and National Chairman Senator Iyorchia Ayu suddenly become the problem of Wikes. What's the Offence of Ayu o jare? If any of the provisions of PDP Constitution is not being violated by Ayu, and by virtue of his emergence at the Convention as National Chairman of PDP, Ayu has mandate of 4 years in Office.

The questions are, is PDP belong to Wike and Wikes alone? must personal ambition of Wike supercede all other things in PDPNIGERIA?

Osun State Governor-elect, Senator Ademola Adeleke, yesterday vowed to assemble brains and capable professionals to work with him in his administration in November 27, 2022, after the swearing-in ceremony.

Party is supreme. And there is no compulsion in it’s membership. It is a free entry and free exit. Indiscipline is a taboo in any serious and focused organization.

APC, MISCHIEVOUS PEOPLE, PLANTING STORIES ON THE SOCIAL MEDIA AGAINST PDP AND HER NATIONAL CHAIRMAN

The attention of the PDP National Chairman, Dr. Iyorchia Ayu, has been drawn to mischievous and senseless posts on the social media.

The posts, purporting to be from the PDP national chairman, state that Ayu says he cannot talk to a man who is childless.
Another post, with a photograph of Wike and a lady with some children, claims that the governor is not the biological father of his children.

Nothing can be more diabolical, senseless and amateurish. Descending so low is neither in Ayu's character nor nature.
Those planting these stories against the PDP and her national chairman are simply showing their lack of intelligence.

We state, categorically and without equivocation, that the posts are completely false. Even the inelegant construction of the posts puts them beneath Ayu.

Dr. Ayu never said anything after Wike’s statements yesterday, and does not intend to say anything in response.

This is even more senseless as the national chairman has met Gov. Wike's children on a number of times. We advise the APC and other mischievous people engaged in this shameful and criminal enterprise to be more professional next time.

he failed woefully in the state high court in Osogbo, he failed woefully beyond redemption in the federal high court in Osogbo, he failed woefully in the court of appeal in Akure, he will failed woefully beyond repair in the Supreme Court of justice. Failed Dotun Babayemi case will be dismissed for lacking merit in the Supreme Court of justice.

Expulsion of Prince Dotun Babayemi from PDP:

Court of Law is a familiar terrain of Prince Dotun Babayemi, he's at liberty to challenge his expulsion from PDP.

Meanwhile, in Aguma Vs APC, Supreme Court held that Court can not protect the interest of a member of political party because a political party is a voluntary association and it's free entry and free exit. Supreme Court also went further that a political party is an Alfa and Omega of its internal affairs.

APC Members and Leaders in Osun who are Dotun Babayemi's Allies and Sympathizers should stop crying, they should go and challenge Dotun Babayemi's expulsion from PDP in Law Court.

The governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic PDP in Osun State, Prince Dotun Babayemi, has said those who purportedly expelled him from the PDP are ignorant of the rules of the party, AMILOADED reports.

Babayemi branded those behind it as jesters who enjoy amusing themselves.

AMILOADED had earlier reported that Babayemi was expelled from the PDP over alleged anti-party activities.


The governorship aspirant, while reacting to his expulsion through his spokesman, Kayode Oladeji, said, “Those who carried out the shenanigans they called expulsion of Omooba Dotun Babayemi from the PDP, are ignorant of the rules that govern the party; they and their sponsors are only being clever by half in their bid to browbeat Babayemi, a man of the people.They are jesters who enjoy amusing themselves.”
