The Entire NNPP political structure in Jigawa State has absorbed into APC.

Seventeen of the Twenty Seven Local Government Chairmen of the New Nigerian Peoples Party NNPP and some of its top prominent members in the state have decamped to the All Progressives Congress APC.

The NNPP stalwarts that defected to APC ,include ,Shehu Umar Chamo ,Yahuza Gabari ,Malam Wada Garki ,Alhaji Hannafi Yakubu ,Madaki Kazaure, Muhammad Agufa and Aminu Ahmed Info.

The rest are, Nura Danjani, Amdu Gama Roni ,Usman Abdullahi ,Idi Abba Kiyawa, Abdu Adamu, Social Sankara ,Hajiya Lami Women Leader and Mr Aike Kyawa.

The decampes were received along with Thousand of their supporters at a mammoth gathering in the residence of APC stalwart Alhaji Isah Gerawa in Dutse.

Receiving the defectors ,the Deputy Governor and APC Gubernatorial Candidate ,Malam Umar Namadi Congratulated them for joining the winning Party and assured them of equal treatment in the party and work together for its Victory in next year's General election.

In his Speech Alhaji Isah Muhammad Gerawa said with this positive development ,the entire political structure of NNPP in Jigawa state has been absorbed into APC.

Nothing stops Kwankwaso from contesting after Atiku.

Kwankwaso knows Tinubu has propensity for godfatherism. He'll want to impose his successor on Nigerians, and that can't be him.

Kwankwaso working for Tinubu means the end of his political career in the North. He'll be abandoned. I am sure he won't take that risk.

LP doesn't need to win huge votes in the NW. Provided that PDP can split that zone with APC we are good. Jonathan won 2011 elections without NW and LP will do same!

Kwankwaso is not working with Tinubu, a resounding loser of 2023 presidential elections. Check the current tempo, APC can only boast of 2 states outside SW, Kogi and Jigawa. Others are either with PDP or LP. Even Kogi will fall to LP in few months time.

Kwankwaso is a shrewd man, he would rather contest for a show of power and dominance in the North. This would make it easy for Obi to win. By 2027, he would emerge as North's poster boy and would square against Obi.
