Attend Bayelsa State College of Education this 2011/2012 session. You get an NCE in 3 years and get B.Ed in another 2 years. Why spend another year at home. Just go for it. The cut off point is 160. The forms will be up for sale on Monday August 15, 2011 |

The forms will be sold in Diamond Bank branches nationwide and in Oceanic Bank branches in Bayelsa only. Cost 3,000 Naira plus bank charges. Get an NCE and a degree to boot with a cut of point of only 160 |
