NRM LEADERSHIP USES HEAVY HAMMER TO BEGIN RESCUE MISSION TO CAPTURE NIGERIA COME 2023 AS NEC SUSPENDS SENATOR MUHAMMAD DANSADAU, MUHAMMAD DANBUBA, MAZI OKWUDILI NWA-ANYAJIKE AND 14 OTHERS.

The National Executives Committee (NEC) Meeting was held today 5th September, 2022 at Agura Hotel, Abuja.

The highest decisions making organ of our great party,National Rescue Movement (NRM) held her Second quarter NEC meeting under the monitoring of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The Chairman of the NEC meeting, the National Chairman, Amb.Issac Chigozie Udeh and the entire Members of the NEC present deliberated on so many issues.

The Second quarter NEC meeting came up with these following resolutions.

1. NEC approved the transfer of our National Secretariat from Plot 1346,Khadijat Labaran House Garki 2 Abuja,FCT to No 7 Eket Close Area 8, Abuja,FCT.

2. NEC approved,pursuant to Article 11.1 i - x,that the tenure of all the National and State officers remains 4 years, that is from March 2022 to March 2026.

3.NEC approved replacement of the Deputy National Chairman, Surveyor Jikamshi who resigned with Alhaji Salisu S.Dawaki.

4. NEC approved that the National Management Committee (NMC) to reconstitute the Board Of Trustees (BOT)and Complete the remaining 4 members from other Geo-political areas.

5. NEC approved the suspension of 16 members engage in anti party activities and other gross misconducts. Also to set up disciplinary Committee to look into the matter and recommend appropriate sanctions.

10. Alh. Aliyu Ibrahim ( Vice Chairman North-East)
11. Dr Mike Nze ( Zonal Secretary,South-East)
12.Dr. Sa'idu M. Gumau ( Zonal Treasurer,North- East)

6. NEC approved the composition of Presidential Campaign Council.

The New Presidential Candidate, Pst.(Amb) Felix Johnson Osakwe and his running mate Ahaji (Amb) Yahaya Mohammed Kyabo Fagge were presented to the NEC.

The Duo displayed characteristics of candidates that are ready for 2023 elections. They promise to run all inclusive system during the campaign.

As at Press time the NRM National Chairman appreciated the efforts of the NEC members and the entire Members of our great party worldwide for their Solidarity.

He tasked all the members on the need to be committed to the project rescue Nigeria and moving the party forward during and after the 2023 general elections.
