Good day guys, vis is about to rip me off without any offence with 20k. My car papers got expired on 5th of september and i already made provisions for renewal on 22nd of august wch was 2 weeks ealier. I was progrommed for inspection on 7th of september which is today. Along the line, i drove my car out on 6th of september and later recieved msg from VIS that i have committed traffic offence for driving without roadworthiness permit. Fisrt question is, out of 14 days interval before expiration of the old papers, they could not set out a day for inspection. Secondly, how do i drive down for inspection programmed for 7th of sep if im not permited to drive due to expired papers.
