The number one question most organization and Company ask when employing a new employee is
"HOW Many years of experience do you have?"

You May be Wondering why but the Simplest Answer is Obvious

Experience Is the Total Number of Mistakes and Corrections Made to Before a Professional/Expert

Let me Explain better, when you have experience in something it's means you have made a whole lot of

mistakes and also make a lot of correction which has given you the understanding to know what is good and

what is bad about that thing and also to know how to go about achieving the best out of that thing



Good Instance to Explain to is,


A child between the age of 1 or 1/2 to 3 years trying to learn how to walk

we all can Relate to this.....

The Child will obviously and no doubt fall uncountable Times and That doesn't mean the Child has Fail

No, That is the First stage and it's very natural to make Mistakes in the First Stage

After Several Attempt (Trying) and Falling (Mistakes), the Child will finally Get Enough Experience and begin to Start Walking


That's just the Way Life is

It's Natural to Make Mistakes ant the First Stage in everything we Do in Life

In fact if you are trying something out for the first time and you did not make mistake at the first stage of

doing that thing then something is wrong somewhere it is either you are not doing that thing right or You're doing the Wrong thing


The difference between Professionals/ Experts and Newbie is,

Professional has more Experience more than the new bie which I have explain what experience is above

Pro has Made a Lot of Mistakes which made them understand and have more knowledge on that particular thing they are specialise in doing

Which is why they will always tell you to do this and not to do that

Why?

Because they have made mistakes,

They have known what is working and what is not working

They have known what to do and what not to do

They have no Understand what to avoid and what to double-down on

And this is because they have made a Mistakes

They have understand

They have the experience And without making Mistakes they will never know or understand (Become an Expert)


STOP Judging Yourself

Give yourself time make Mistakes and learn from your Mistakes

Don't be afraid to fail

Fail and learn from your failures

First Stage or First Time doing anything in life is always difficult and the most Challenging
