This PDP debacle is an eye opener. Ist and foremost, I am of the Edo stock and not Igbo. When the Southern governors kick started the move for the next president to be from South, they greedily refused to micro zone it to the south east. Now their stupidity have backfired,they are in disarray, it is now they remember Southern solidarity again. yes I think I've heard similar stuff too before now. It was said that when the governors met and said Atiku should not contest the PDP primaries, that the Presidency should be zoned to the South for the sake of equity and fairness. Atiku told them that if that be case, then it should be zoned to SE, and the govs like Wike said No. That it should be South. Atiku then told them that if it was not going to be zoned to the SE, then he will not withdraw from the race. That's why he contested.
