Ibrahimcoomasie:

Ojukwu should have stayed. Maybe you can tell us why he fled. My take. He knew Effiong was a figure head just like Zik was given the figure head president position after joined forces with the north to prevent The north from breaking away. Effiong quickly handed over 4 days after he became the head of Biafra.

Like I said earlier. You can't blame Biafra war on the Queen. She holds a ceremonial title. I am suprised you did not blame the Egyptian air forces that actually carried out bombing campaigns in civilian population in Biafra.

Ojukwu fled simply cause he was too proud to surrender to Gowon a man he always looked down upon cause, on a personal level Gowon was not on his level, so he fled to save his pride

There is no sense in saying the North joined forces with zik to prevent them the North from breaking away from Nigeria, cause the agitation of the North to break away was no joke, they were genuinely scared especially of the Igbos who were already taken every civil position in the North cause of education

I blame the queen cause she sponsored the war, I don't blame the Egyptian that bombed civilians cause they were doing the job they were being paid to do, biafran had such pilots too

Where is that moronic sultanofpuna that was spewing garbage all over the forum earlier?

Have you seen your stupidity? The people around the queen know how evil she was, yet you whose parents and grandparents probably felt the brunt of her wickedness were foolishly airing your ignorance everywhere

You will still be poor
You will still be miserable youth without job
You will still be ruled by tinubu

The queen lived 96 years of luxury life you and your poor generation will never smell in a thousand years.

What has the queen death got to do with Nigeria internal political issues?

The royal family stole more than enough from everyone of their colonies over the years.

She directly inherited this wealth and never condemned how this wealth was gotten for once throughout her entire existence.

She is only "special" because of what her parents stole from my Ancestors and many like myself to build an empire not because of what she invented or the greatness she contributed to Humanity.

So I don't really care much about her death or existence, we will all die someday because we live to die.

My problem now are the people that suddenly made her death a Nigerian domestic political issue.

I don't believe her death or prior existence is consequential to the future of Nigeria.

COLONIALISM/SLAVE TRADE PERPETUATED BY HER FAMILY FUELLED RACISM. BLACKS ARE REGARDED AS THE LOWEST OF HUMAN RACE AND AS ANIMAL BECAUSE OF SKIN COLOUR. THIS CONTRAPTION NIGERIA TOO.

Cmon the British did alot of bad things abd this why people have hate for them

Look at you
People hate the British so much...
Enter any country with a british and a Nigerian passport and see who will be honored or respected.

Despite all the hatred. We support their football clubs, we love their university, we celebrate their visa, we go to their games

The monarchy is absolutely powerless since the 17th century so blame the leaders in charge of the government not the figurehead monarchy with little power.

Because I practice some form of human decency and a protocol of remark to the dead, I'll refrain from saying what I think about her passing away.

Rip Biafrans that died.

Have you seen another verified account sharing her views about the late Queen?
She's a Public figure, somethings are expected of her. We're all entitled to our views and opinion tho.

Well someone has to break the norms. It's been a while, how have you been though?

To them it is always someone else's fault. They will blame the Queen for the Biafra war when Nigeria was an independent nation.

Blame UK for voting Buhari when the idiot does not have PVC.

You know nothing about the British. Your perennial hate against Igbo is killing you. If you knew anything about the underground activities of the British Empire you won't sound so foolish.

The Bleep. This woman is 96 years of age and suddenly are death as become a big deal. Where they expecting her to leave until 150years of age. Person done old, done die, pay your condolences if u want to and shut up if u don't want to.
It takes a lot of intelligence to see the significance of their joy, even though she may live fulfilled and ripe, but a lot of you aren't seeing the bigger picture.

Imagine such open jubilation on the streets and public spaces where the British are watching, the government is also watching including the new king and every one of the royal house...

It will breed fear among the Britain citizen, and embarrassment to the government knowing that their closest neighbor celebrated their predicament...

It then means that their neighbor could easily be a sell-out if their enemies are planning an attack.

It also means that any effort the British must have engaged to pacify them has been a waste so far and nothing can appeal to the Irish citizen, including others who are affected likewise.

It also means that they are not loved as they might think... Meaning they have left a trail of enemies before them. Some who might be disguising as friends waiting to strike at their weakest and others who publicly declared that we are enemies and my people must be avenged for there to be peace...

It is an embarrassment to any, for neighbors to celebrate the death of a loved one and is a danger in waiting...

You guys need to see beyond the Queen dying at old age...

This is embarrassing for a Queen considered to be a global Queen and it is dangerous to the throne plus the royal family and the Britain Citizen.

Now that Charles has become the King. They are now going to transfer their hatred towards Charles as well. Then Williams after Charles and the cycle continues grin.

Hates consumes the soul. It's a waste of energy that can cause depression and other bad illnesses.

Exactly.

Well, Elizabeth and Charles inherited the wealth , prestige, privilege etc. by virtue of being born into the family, it's only fair they inherited the hatred, and every other vile things people have towards them as well.

It's a package subscription grin
