What happens is an act of sexual intercourse where by both parties consent to the sex and enjoy it...You may start a loving relationship with a another homosexual...Since both people consent and aren't hurting each other.. it is totally okay and they could spend a life time together...

You can fall in love with someone without being physically attracted to that person,for some,that love may birth some sort of physical attraction but not in all cases and feelings can be confusing sometimes,she might have interpreted the phrase "in love" to "I love" or maybe she did fall in love but just wasn't physically attracted to him
