Once a house collapses the next person or target of anger is the developer but people forget that there was an engineer, an architect, laborers, fake building materials that are being imported into the country on daily basis, and many other things that play a role in the collapsing of that building, not just the developer. Am not excusing the developer as him too have to partake in the punishment but we keep focusing on the developer. WHY?
