We received over 20 CVs and none of them qualify for an 80k-100k job depending on experience and negotiation. We specified Female because there will be lots of video content aside from other various forms of content that will be made for the social media handles under management.

It is very shocking I must be honest

what sought of question are you asking? if I should do the job myself will I have the need to post a vacant position? also if you were the employer will want to give out 100k freely on a monthly basis without getting a return in value?
I am making a point that many graduates are not working to build themselves with skills that will be of great favor to them. I know of 3 other companies in Lagos that have a vacant spot and can not still find the right person to fill those positions because the skills of the applicants they have interviewed have fallen short.

You made this post without stating the point of it, did you come to lament or offer help. Someone is asking you about the position and maybe you can add the skills required so that the person and others can build on it and apply to others in the future. I think it will be of great assistance instead of the blames...
