If Tinubu wants to get as much as 20,000 votes in Imo state, he should come and campaign alone, he shouldn't bring Rochas or Uzodinma so he wont annoy the locals, then he should be loaded with enough $$$ to sway the people. 2000$ per vote may be even be enough to get him votes.
