Introduction

Bizgem, a fintech software, is a subsidiary of Quickgem Ltd. It is a one-stop API provider of financial services for business. Bizgem partners with licensed financial institutions such as banks to help businesses embed financial services into their solutions for an improved customer experience.

To get started:
1. Visit bizgem.io.
Click on "Log in" to advance to the Bizgem web app portal, if this is your first time click on "JOIN US" to create a business account on Bizgem and fill in all necessary information.

2. Create A Business Account:
Fill in the necessary information required on this page, such as Country, Business name ( A valid business name should contain a minimum of two words), followed by your First name and Last name, Business email address and phone number.
Click on "Continue" to proceed. An OTP will be sent to the email address you provided. You will be required to create your password during the OTP validation process. Assent to Bizgems' terms of service by clicking "Proceed" and have your account successfully created.

3. Updating Business Profile:
This page contains three(3) sections:

a. Personal Info.
This programmatically contains data supplied during account creation and its not editable. Your account is only allowed to use bills payment services upon creation. To access additional services such as wallet management, virtual accounts, and KYC, additional business details are requested in the "business information" section.

b. Business information.
These are details about the proprietors of your business. For a sole proprietorship, you are permitted to supply the details of a single director.

c. Document upload.
Upload applicable documents to your business using the "document upload" section, relevant documents for a registered business.

4. Adding a Payout Account
You are required to link your local bank account to your Bizgem profile. All withdrawals from the merchant account will be credited to the local bank account linked to your Bizgem profile.
