Introduction
Bizgem has two wallet environments, the Test environment, and the Live environment. Upon entering your personal information on the Sign-up page, a wallet is programmatically created for you in both environments.

Test wallet
All wallets created within the Test environment are for testing purposes, they allow you to explore Bizgems’ wallet system and can not be used for any real-time transaction.

Live wallet
To change the wallet environment, click on the toggle button as indicated in the image below. By doing so, you activate a ‘Live wallet’ environment. Wallets, created within the live environment are used for real-time transactions.

In the Live environment, you are provided with two wallets, the Referral wallet, and a Ready wallet.

1.Referral wallet;
For every person you refer, you are awarded 10% of the total transaction carried out in their wallet and the Referral account holds the funds.

2. Ready wallet;
This wallet is automatically created using the information you provided on the sign-up page and is capable of any real-time transaction.

Wallet Action buttons;
A wallet has three(3)action buttons, the plus button, the square button, and the eye button.

1.The + button;
By clicking on the +button, it simply indicates that you want to add/create a virtual account to that particular wallet. This virtual account allows you to fund that particular wallet.

2.Square button;
By clicking on this button, you are shown the record of all the transactions carried out in that particular wallet.

3.Eye button
This button provides you with all the personal information details of that exact wallet.

To Create a wallet;

1.Click on ‘create wallet’,
This procedure is applicable to both environments but for the purpose of real-time transactions, always switch to the Live environment.

2. Personal information.
Fill in all required information on this page and click on ‘create’ to generate a new wallet and the wallet will be shown on the wallet environment upon which it was created.
