Buhari In US: Is It To Avoid Queen's Funeral? by WeLive: 2:12pm On Sep 19, 2022 |
Earlier posts have shown that Buhari is in the US for the General Assembly https://www.nairaland.com/7340412/president-buhari-arrives-new-york#116799232 While his Vice is in the UK for the Queen's Funeral https://www.nairaland.com/7339254/yemi-osinbajo-arrives-london-ahead Almost all world leaders are in the UK, including the US President. Checking the United Nations website (https://www.un.org/en/ga/77/meetings/) shows that the General Assembly meeting started last week (13 September 2022). There are activities for today and tomorrow, but is Buhari capable to partake in such meetings? Here they are: Summit on Transforming Education: 19 September 2022 Convened by the UN Secretary-General General debate: Tuesday, 20 September to Monday, 26 September 2022(including Saturday, 24 September) | Live multimedia coverage It will be interesting to hear Buhari's contribution on Education transformation meeting today, even at a time the Universities in his country are on strike. Or will Buhari participate in the debates for tomorrow? Hopefully, Nigerians are not being deceived by Buhari and his Aides
